About Me
Hi there! We are in a new situation here, new couchsurfer joined - Jan. We are sure our cute little boy will be an eager traveller but for some time we have to freeze our activity on CS :)
We are young and want to see new places all around the world. We would like to meet people from different countries and cultures. Though visiting all (well, maybe many) amazing places on our planet is awesome and all, we think that maybe there are some that will do better without us trampling them.
We are not really into clubbing so if you are looking for someone who likes it, omit us. But we really enjoy going to pubs, having a beer, a coffee and a good meal.
Ewa was a student of English studies, her M.A. thesis was on Polish translations of AAVE. Now she's a translator in search of work. Maciek owns a small business, he is mainly an architecture photographer, like him on FB https://www.facebook.com/MLFotArch !
We want to have lives worth living, to do many things now, so that we won't regret later that we haven't done something when we could.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We offer our couch and our hospitality to you if you want to spend some time in Wroclaw or explore Lower Silesia (which is really beautiful).
We are here to share our lives, at least a little part of it, with you!

Interests
Music. Love to listen to and to make it. It must be good, no Nicky Minaj stuff ;) Ewa played euphonium and is a vice-president of a music association. Maciek used to play tuba.
Then, travels. We would like to travel around the world... We have seen quite a bit of Europe and we have explored a small part of United States and Canada. Maciek is also interested in photography. You can see his photos here http://www.flickr.com/photos/lulek/
And we are both interested in architecture, construction, urban planning etc.
Besides, we like spending time in the kitchen. Cooking, baking, preparing food. Eating. Maybe washing the dishes isn't our favourite pastime, but if you want to have good, self-made food it's kind of necessary.
You'll always get breakfast here! (Unless you're leaving veeery early)

Teach, Learn, Share
We can teach you Polish words! We can cook something traditionally Polish. And we will willingly learn sth from you. It is an international exchange of knowledge. And you can expect that we will have some kind of homemade food, from Maciek's grandma or Ewa's mum.

We always bring a little gift from Poland for our hosts. We are tidy, do the dishes... We can cook something Polish (if there are the ingredients!) if we have enough time.
