ABOUT ME
I'm 22 year old product designer from Glasgow, Scotland. I just graduated from university/art school after 5 years of studying and am currently in limbo. I'm not yet sure where to move to or what to do, so I'm feeling pretty lost and looking for inspiration!
I've spent some time travelling certain parts of the world. Western and Eastern Europe, a large portion of the USA. And I've also lived in Germany for two summers, mainly living in Munich where I worked (as a design intern) but travelling up to Berlin regularly because I like it there.
I can be pretty quiet and have a high respect for other people's needs. I love going out and seeing a city but I'm just as (or more) interested in the bars/cafes/clubs that make up the culture as I am in the touristy sights.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
No experience with couchsurfing (the website), but I had some great experiences living with friends of friends of friends in the US. The most interesting of which was probably sleeping in the hollowed-out base of a giant redwood tree in Big Sur, overlooking the amazing Californian coast.
Interests
Very passionate about design. I love music and run a fortnightly world/african/dance music night at The Art School (a club in Glasgow). I also like photography, movies and technology.
And I have a keen interest in entrepreneurship. Together with some coursemates, I worked on launching a product design business in my spare time this year.
