About Me
ABOUT ME
I study architecture as well as costume design in Warsaw. In my spare time I take part in historical reenactments from WWII to the 50s-60s. I love to sew, to read, to travel (not just abroad, getting to know my local geography is just as appealling!), to listen to music, to eat.
My traveling dreams are to sail around the world and to take a road trip across the States in an old Cadillac or Mustang. I used to travel a lot during my childhood with my parents, so I visited many countries. Unfortunately I don't remember as much as I would like to. Now I want to make up for the lost memories by travelling on my own.
PHILOSOPHY
I guess I try to live by the famous 'Carpe diem'.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I live in the suburbs of Warsaw with my parents, so I don't have the means to host anyone. I did travel around the Netherlands and a few other countries with couchsurfing though, which made me love the general idea of it. When I lived in Germany in Stralsund I took the opportunity of living on my own to host some CSers. As soon as I move out I will definitely host some travellers again!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've travelled around the Netherlands surfing someone'e couch in each town I visited. I have great memories from all the places I stayed in!
Interests
I'm interested in many things, from books to history (particularly WWII), as well as fashion history and its technical process, music and travelling (I like to combine these two interests - go to a foreign city to see a band I love).

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Old classics like westerns, musicals and movies that make me think.
Music: Most definitely classic rock.
Books: Anything I can lay my hands on, mostly books about foreign places or non-fiction historical books about the way of life in the period that I reenact.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been twice to the Kreidefelse on the North of Germany, which took me right to a painting of Caspar David Friedrich. The feeling was awesome!
