Overview
About Me
I studied Iberian and Iberoamerican studies, but haven't had enough of it yet, so I try to go back whenever possible.
I'm gregarious, people-curious and have a German-shephard-like need to go out for walks. Set on learning parkour and travelling to Argentina before my next birthday. Mum of two boys (10 and 13) enjoying discovering the world with them, eager to experience the beauty of travelling and meeting people of different cultures.
Philosophy: be kind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
No better way to get to know a new place than by meeting the locals and hear their stories; and to learn the world can be a friendly, welcoming place .
Interests
Getting lost, wandering with no particular destination, languages, rock climbing, dancing, literature, art, cycling, natural world, camping, night walks in Warsaw, music, DIY.
The boys are wilderness loving creatures, scraping half-dead run over birds from the road and bringing them back to life, bringing home all sorts of insects, amphibians and reptiles. Also keen on watersports, ball games, and climbing. Cinemamaniacs too: E.T., Alien, The Thing, For a few dollars more, Fistfull of dollars, Wind in the Willows, Goonies, Back to the future, Monty Python - rather varied tastes!
