About Me
Hello beautiful people!
I am Ewerton Cruz, nice to meet you!
Have been on the road since I was 20 years old, with a break during the pademic. I managed to hitchhike through around 33 countries, doing volunteer work here and there, some street performance, camping, learning about new cultures, new habits, getting to know awesome people and having new experiences.
Althrough my life changed quite a bit and hitchhiking and couchsurfing aren't as present as they once were, I still travel every year and take the opportunities to keep the spirit alive. Couchsurfing is a big part of my life and I am always up to get to know new people, new places, new food, share experiences, talk about life and what is this mess all about.
I'm in europe visiting some friends that I've met through hitchhiking and couchsurfing and trying to reach somewhere i have never been before, so I'm very excited to get to know you!
Important note: I'm leftist, not interested in anything to do with racism, sexism, homophobic, that conservative thoughs in general that means harm to people i love, so if you're one of those, please refuse my request in case this is not explicit in your profile.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been couchsurfing for 8 years now and hundreds of different roofs.
The experiences I've made, the people I've met, the things I've done wouldn't at all have been the same if couchsurfings wouldn't be a thing.
Culture, languages, generosity, interest in people and how we live our lives are just fascinating. Its an honour to be able to get in touch with someone who is willing to share a bit of that with random travelers, it restores my faith in humanity, especially in a world that seems to actively work to make us forget good stuff can still happen.
So I'm here to meet up with people and hopefully be someone who can restore faith a little bit as well.
Interests
I'm interested in people, what you eat for breakfast, what you think of the world, what is the weird thing about your own culture in your opinion, what music would you recommend, food and a lot more!

Music, Movies, and Books
On my favorite musics there's gonna always be found distortion guitar.
My favorite movies are those who doesn't end in the credits, that you still think about for a while after switching off the tv;
And I have to admit I could be better with books D:
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Left my parents place to travel, hitchhike, seen concerts at festivals and I survived cancer :D
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you something about brazilian history, culture, a little of my art style.
I am happy to learn whatever you'd like to teach, probably what excites you the most. :D
What I Can Share with Hosts
Normally when I am somewhere for a bit longer, unfortunately is not my own place, and when I can host, is normally a place where no one really want to visit. If I am hosting at the moment, I can share stories, experiences, tea, food, soap, shampoo, whatever you can find and need.
