About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To spend as much time being me before monotary necesities force me to be otherwise
ABOUT ME
I am in my early twenties, and I'm doing my best to be a poster child for Nietzsche: That which does not kill me, only makes me stronger. The way I see it, it will be a lot easier to kill me when I'm in my early forties, so I enjoy subjecting my body and brain to as many things as I can while I still have the elasticity of youth. I am a first year law student, vegetarian, writer, a lover of mysticism and religious philosophy, and I like to run long distances for no reasons. And I am fascinated by people. I also hate describing myself.
PHILOSOPHY
It's an ever-evolving process, and I am loathe to put it in print for fear that it will change even as I write it. I can say though, that I feel that we as a species are very close to a psycho-spiritual revolution. Don't let the bail-out get you down, this shit is small potatoes when you compare it with what the Hubble telescope has seen.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
*NOTE* I'm currently in the middle of law school finals. My last final is May 3rd. Probably can't host anyone until after the 3rd, but it never hurts to ask :)
Trying to stay cool down in the New Orleans heat. Come chill for a spell, listen to some swamp music, and revel in the rhythm of the Big Easy.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Stayed with a few people on my way down to New Orleans. Now that I'm here, I'm looking to pay it forward and host some world travelers.
Interests
Really good music, vegetables, funny stories, debating serious issues whilst drinking too much Bourbon. Film, writing, ghost stories. Does vegetarianism count as an interest? I don't get magazines about it or anything, I just like it.

Music, Movies, and Books
H.P. Lovecraft, Stephen King, Kurt Vonnegut, and almost any nonfiction about history, mysticism, and quantum physics.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first feature-length film won the "Best First Feature Film" award at the 2008 International Film Festival of England. That was a pretty amazing experience and an affirmation that at least someone thinks I have something interesting to say. I've also been in love more than once. Neither time has worked out, but after going through it twice, I have paradoxically more and less respect for love at the same time.
