ABOUT ME

I'm an English Literature graduate who loves exploring new places, experiencing new things (apart from anything involving a lot of heights, argh), and meeting new people, though if I'm quiet when I first meet you, it's because I'm a bit shy on first encounters.

Right now, I'm a teaching assistant at an international school in Nanjing, learning Mandarin and discovering China in my spare time.

I love discussions! Bring on your views but please don't get personal. Culturally I'm addicted to literature, theatre, tv and music and adore gigs, writer talks and going to see plays - also long conversations with people about all of these things. My favourite tv show in the world is Doctor Who. I can see a funny side to almost anything, but that doesn't mean I don't take anything seriously.

I can do written arguments well (hello English Lit backgound), so if you need advice on drafting letters etc., I could help. Cooking and baking are the other things I could help out with - I make a mean satay sauce and baked cheesecake.
