About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I've traveled all my life and will continue with wine in hand!
ABOUT ME
After living most of my life abroad (six years in Cairo, Egypt, three years in London, England and four years in Perth, Australia) and spending a year studying in Western Australia and Morocco, I have been bitten by the Travel Bug with a serious case of Wanderlust.
My passion is wine, and I am excited to learn anything and everything related to it. I quit my job in the Washington State Wine Industry as Assistant Winemaker and Vineyard Assistant, and now am traveling through Europe and Australia to figure out what I want to do within the industry. I have now tended a vineyard and marketed a small boutique winery. I hope to find a job in a bigger winery or in a wine shop once in Australia.
I have been logging my adventures on my travel blog (along with what I'm learning about wine), which I welcome you to take a look at. http://willtravelforwine.com
PHILOSOPHY
Drink Wine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's difficult to pick one amazing thing I've seen, when there are so many awesome places. So instead, something I've done that's amazing would be living with a Moroccan family in Old Town, Rabat by myself with no Arabic. I wasn't able to converse with them, but I did my best and formed a relationship with them over the three months I lived there. I'm proud of it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some things about wine (the theory, not which fancy winery in France won what wine award). Hopefully I can also teach you that not all Americans are crazy people (in a bad way).
