About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Same as every night: To take over the world one couch/friend at a time!

ABOUT ME

I'm cool, outgoing, and laid back. I have a very good sense of humor. I don't take myself too seriously. I like sporting events and try to stay in shape. Workout 3 or 4 times a week. I kickass at beer pong, so I'm consider myself athletic as well. I have been so involved in my career that I have not had time to travel enough (bet you heard this one before?).

So, I'm planning a 3-week backpacking/couch surfing trip through Western Europe for 3 weeks starting August 7/2012. I welcome any advise from all of you experienced and knowledgeable travelers/couch surfers.

PHILOSOPHY

"The greatest journey begins with a single step. . ."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travel, host and meet/help travelers anytime and in anyway I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great: Met absolutely amazing travelers who are as passionate about life and adventure as anyone can be.
Pissed: I can't believe CS has been around for this long and I just found out about it. I feel like I have to go on a couch-surfing-spree just to make up for time lost. Cheers

Music, Movies, and Books

Last read: "Confessions of an Economic Hitman." It was true eyeopener.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing things?...well I lived in Las Vegas for 4 years. I saw/did some amazing things there! LOL!.. (nothing that can be disclosed here) As for travel: I visited the ruins of the city of Babylon in Iraq (minus the hanging gardens). I also saw the ruins of Prophet Abraham's house. Hiked the Swiss Alps. Rode 103 hour train ride from Mongolia (Ulan Bator) to Russia (Moscow). Visited isle du Capri off the Sorrento, Italy coast. Hiked the Vesuvius volcano. Hiked the Grand Canyon. Swam in Lake Lucerne, Switzerland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a degree in statistics and another in international economics. Its is a boring topic (i know). However, I have been working in aviation for the last 5 years. I'm also a decent salsa dancer and could show you the basics.

Countries I’ve Visited

Aruba, Canada, Croatia, France, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Italy, Kuwait, Mongolia, Russian Federation, Spain, Switzerland, Venezuela

Countries I’ve Lived In
