Overview
About Me
First of all, I am a 26Malaysian Chinese from Johor, Malaysia (2 hours from Singapore).
It may sound very confusing, what? Malaysia? Chinese? In short, my grandparents came from China in 60 years ago, and resided in Malaysia since then. Subsequently, taadaa... I was born.
I am a positive, courteous and humorous guy. The greatest way to continuously improve myself is to possess an open mind, embrace every things you come across to.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I always remind myself to have an open mind, be ready to embrace every new thing. The main reason why I am on CS is to exchange the cultural experiences with my hosts and guest as well as to understand the local culture, custom and practice.
On top of that, a great travelling experience doesn't mean that you must stay at a 5 stars hotel to complete your travel. Honestly, a 5 stars hotel or luxurious dinner will never ever be the criteria to complete a great travelling experience, instead, people means all. Being able to meet different people from different parts of the world, and exchanging culture, idea, perspective and practice is really the most awesome thing on the world.
If you wanna send me a message or stay with me, please also consider to add me on facebook(Just search Eyo Chong Yu, no worries, I'm the only facebook user with this name. LOL). As couchsurfing always fails to notify me when I have messages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Amazing things I have done were totally derived from my travelling experience with my friends.
As I mentioned above, I ve been cycling for approx. 250 miles from Amsterdam to Eastern Netherland in 8 days. It really required team spirit and cooperation in order to complete the trip with my friends. I am so proud of having my friends to make all these happened.
