Hiked in Patagonia! Most beautiful place I have ever been. And scuba diving in Panama -- went on a night dive, turned off our flashlights, and watched as bioluminescent plankton lit up the ocean around me. Truly incredible!

Depending on the weather, I will gladly teach you the tradition of either mate (hot tea) or terere (cold tea). A tradition in Paraguay that I grew to love during my time in the Peace Corps there.
