About Me

I'm 29 years old. I was born and raised in Mercedes, a small town near Buenos Aires, Argentina. After graduating from high school, I moved to Buenos Aires to pursue my higher education. Four years later, I finished my course on translation and got my degree.
My first job was as a customer service agent at a call center. I now work for a German software company in Buenos Aires. I do contracts for the Finance Department and I'm also involved in several HR and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. I love working with people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to try something new. I've never used the platform before, but I think it's a great way to get to meet new people and learn about their culture.

I want to explore the big cities and small towns of the world. I love the thrill of being in a new place for the first time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I loooove Dua Lipa and Lana del Rey, but I can listen to almost anything.
It's hard to pick just one book, so I'll go with three: Harry Potter (yes, I'm a nerd), The Hunger Games (Katniss for the win) and Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage, by Haruki Murakami.
When it comes to movies, I like them all, from great masterpieces to dull parodies. I have very poor judgment.
I also love musical theater. My two favorite musicals are Next to Normal and Wicked.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year, I went on a social sabbatical to Gaborone, Botswana, to work as a consultant at a local NGO on a youth empowerment program. My goal was to help raise awareness in the corporate community, get new sponsors for the organization and help with their IT developments.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach Spanish and English. After all, I majored in languages.
I would love to learn from others' cultures, customs and, above all, their favorite dishes. I love food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a very easygoing guy who loves hanging out and exploring the places I visit. I travel a lot, sometimes for work, and sometimes for pleasure.
