About Me

Hey you!

My name is Ezgi. It means melody in Turkish and suits me very well I guess. I like listening to music but also playing instruments and singing. I used to play violin and saz (an Anatolian instrument). At the moment I am learning to play piano, but I’m quiet in the beginning.
I love to travel. I really like to spend time somewhere I don’t know well. I am interested to learn about the unknown. New realities, places and people are making me able to see the world with new eyes. Therefore for me travelling also means to build more togetherness, tolerance and peace.
I'am a german law student of high ideals. I want to contribute to a better world. A peaceful world where people share happiness and tears. I am very interested in the situation of minority groups in a country. Ensuring everyone’s existence and equality within the society is my personal aim.
Also I love to learn about culture and history. Thus, I am always good for a deep chat or a good laugh. Of course I also complain about everyday problems or talk non sense. The most important thing for me is to share with each other and pass a good time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I believe in humanity, friendship and love. I believe that platforms like this are not just opening homes but also minds and hearts - and thats what I'am here for.
