About Me

Hello beautiful people of couchsurfing, I'm Ezgi! I'm an anthropology student from Prague, originally from Turkey. I'm spending this year traveling in Asia. I've been traveling for about 7 months now and i still have another month till i leave. I loved every minute of it so far and i'm sure i will be continuing to do so.

I'm a huge fan of the universe and i love exploring its magic every single day. I love people, i love the earth and i love life.

I'm a firedancer and i travel with my firesticks so i could offer a basic lesson in firedancing if you would like to give it a try. It's so much fun!

Lots of love!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love observing how people live, learning their stories. When i think back about the places i have been to, i think of all the good people i met and very rarely the place itself. And there is a good chance i would like to know you if you are someone who opens their house to travellers.

Interests

Trekking, climbing (i'm in love with the mountains, can't help it), firedancing, rollerskating, swimming and more swimming, i could spend my life in the water really. (yeah, pisces here) I used to windsurf as well when i lived in turkey but it's been a while.

Oh, and, magick. I confess, i study anthropology mainly because i can study esotericism and occult openly haha. New age spirituality, meh, not so much.

As for the big question: Chilling vs. partying? I'll take both please. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Psytrance, reggae, metal, rock, classical, techno, folk...Genre doesn't count as long as it's good, original music in my opinion.

I try to read as much as i can. Philosophy, anthropology, science-fiction, fantasy, poetry...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing a wild Bengali Tiger in Nepal. No words to describe such a gorgeous animal.
Hitchhiking from Nepal to India. It was, wild, to say the least.

Teach, Learn, Share

Let's learn as many languages as possible and share good old travel stories around a nice little fire. :))

What I Can Share with Hosts

My travel stories and kindness. Also, if you feel like it, vegetarian cooking and a basic firedancing lesson.
