About Me

CURRENT MISSION

*Trying to be the best version of myself, not compromising on my values and believes. Craving and searching for the truth."

ABOUT ME
I'm a good-natured person who seeks for meaning in life and embracing world's beauty rather than indulging himself by brainless consumption or hedonistic pleasures.
I've always loved to explore new places and spending time actively, surrounded by nature and positive thinking people.
I'm still on the pursuit of happiness and I hope traveling will be an inseparable part of my life :)

PHILOSOPHY

Some of my favourite quotes:
"Perhaps it is good to have a beautiful mind, but an even greater gift is to discover a beautiful heart"
"You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want somethin', go get it. Period."
"What's the one thing I hate most about this world. Anything that's different you try to change"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, I’m not able to host someone at this moment, but I can't wait when it's my turn to host some Couchsurfers and pay back the hospitability I received from the other couchsurfers. By now, I've been promoting this way of traveling and convincing my friends to try it at least once - cause if you take a chance, you won't stop!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Thanks to Couchsurfing I've started to live my dream and visit places I could previously only imagine about. I met no one but truly amazing people, who unconditionally were eager to help us and spend some time together. Having a free of charge and fancy hotel room as an option, I still would prefer to travel by Couchsurfing - there's no better option, next to hitch-hiking, to experience traveling and discovering the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Black vibes - from conscious rap songs that contain positive, uplifting messages through smooth R&B, soul and jazzy songs. Besides that, some alternative/indie, electro-pop - just music that takes my fancy.

Movies: All with touching stories and positive messages; where action takes places in a mysterious world; with beautiful landscapes. I'm not a movie geek though.
I prefer documentaries that picture the beauty of the world or unveil some riveting stories

Books: Recently absorbed into books and articles that describe how our body and mind function; any self-medicine or habit formation articles that can improve my well-being and get rid of distractions. Christianity related literature got me busy these days too.

In general, travel books based on true stories as well as fiction books where journey plays a leading part has always drawn my attention.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not an exceptionally skilled person. However, I'm willing to share with any knowledge or wisdom related to my traveling experience, healthy nutrition, religion, habit formation and my general observations and outlooks on the world.

**Couchsurfing-related advice:**
If it is possible try to find an ‘emergency host’. Even if you won’t have to use his help you can always arrange a meeting with him – it’s just another opportunity to meet someone special.
Try to remember as many words in local language as you can, especially how to welcome, numbers, the expression "I'm a foreigner. I don't understand what are you saying" and all words connected with transport that can prevent you from getting stuck in the middle of nowhere.
