Overview
About Me
I am a 28 year old South African.
I have been traveling in different countries for the past 5 months. This has been my first time traveling outside South Africa. Before traveling I was working as a Psychologist in a Drug Rehabilitation Center. I love my job because I get to work with people and connect with them on a deeper level. I love hearing other people's stories and sharing my own. However, I felt I needed a break from that to focus on self- exploration.
5 mouth ago I decided to travel and experience more of the world. I started in Australia and backpacked up to Indonesia, and then Vietnam and then China. I have been in India for over 2 months now. Each country has been a unique experience with different cultures, foods, and people. I am learning about myself and have been focusing on growing as a person. I have come across many special people who have impacted my journey and many of this has happened just by chance. I have experienced the genuine kindness of people and the warm smiles of so many. I want to continue my journey without any specific plan. I believe everything will happen how it needs to.
I am open to helping however I can and being apart of the moments in someone's life. Not only seeing how people live but being apart of their lives.
I am Interested in trying new things, eating new foods, learning and experiencing. Even just calm nights of sharing and being.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hiked for many hours going through various mountains, each with its own beach. The further I went the quieter it got. Each beach more peaceful than the last. Getting to the last beach, there was no one around. It felt like I had the whole beach to myself. The water was crystal clear and the sand untouched.

I can teach English and about my culture. I would like to learn about other people's culture and way of life. I can share my experiences.
