About Me
Oh gosh, I get an existential crisis every time I'm asked to write a bio 😅
But here we go; I'm a Web Developer based in Bangladesh. During my late teen years, I've decided that all I want to be in life, is to be happy. Although I like to think I'm a happy person in general, I don't really know how to *be* happy. And since it's a very subjective thing, it was clear that I first needed to know who I am.
I've always wanted to travel the world and experience different cultures and societies. I find it fascinating to explore how different life can be in different places. I feel like it helps me broaden my own perspective on life and helps me know/discover myself in the process.
Knowing others so I know myself better, seeing other people figuring out happiness so I can figure it out for myself and then sharing that happiness with everyone — that's what I'm all about.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Natural beauty and landscapes are nice. But the human connection is nicer. Hotels don't offer that later.
When I'm in a new place, I want to know what life really is like there. I don't really wanna be a guest and be treated specially. I want to form a human connection and experience the raw elements of daily life. And Couchsurfing seems to be the best, if not the place for that.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is such a huge part of life! So damn hard to list any! From classical to modern pop - I listen to everything! I enjoy piano pieces. River Flows In You, Nuvole Bianche, Comptine d'un Autre été: L'Après-Midi comes to mind. Big fan of Rabindra Sangeet, Adele, Anupam Roy, Sia, Sleeping At Last etc.
Movies: I'm the guy with a watchlist long enough to make a bed out of, but never finds the time to watch any.
I like reading books of any type. I'm mostly reading non-fiction these days.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Dropped university to pursue a career in web development by myself. Umm..does that qualify as something amazing? 🤔
