"I'm a 21-year-old student currently studying French Common Law at the University of Ottawa. Growing up in Vancouver, I developed a love for the outdoors and enjoy activities such as hiking, camping, and skiing. I'm also a big fan of sports, particularly hockey and soccer. As an easy-going and curious person, I'm always eager to explore new places and try new things. Cultural exchange is important to me, as it allows me to meet people from diverse backgrounds and learn from their unique perspectives. I'm especially interested in language learning and trying out different cuisines - I'm a foodie at heart!"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am about to embark on my first backpacking trip and will be spending 3 months in Europe this summer. Couchsurfing seems like the perfect opportunity to not only save money on accommodations but to also meet likeminded people from around the world and share new experiences. I believe that staying with locals will allow me to immerse myself in the cultures and lifestyles of the places I visit, and gain a deeper understanding of the world. I am excited to learn from my hosts and share my own experiences and perspectives with them. Additionally, I am eager to make new friends and connections, and build lasting relationships that transcend borders and boundaries. I am respectful, tidy, and always willing to help out with household chores or anything else that needs doing. I look forward to meeting you and exploring the world together!
