About Me
Hello CS community, I am Fabiola (better known as Faba). I am from Mexico but I am currently living in NJ. I came to USA as part of a cultural exchange program.
I got my degree in International Trade in Mexico and I'm currently studying Hospitality Management here.
Love sports (most of them) soccer and baseball are my preferences. I like either watching them or playing them. Currently, I pratice soccer and train for my next half marathon and a Marathon if possible. Love riding my bike in summer and walk long distances.
I am a cat lover and dog friendly.
I love meeting new people, the exchange program I participated in, gave me the chance to meet people from all over the world, I opened my mind to new ideas and new cultures.
I love coffee, it is a nice way to spend time while holding a conversation or reading a book.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My first time I tried couchsurfing was through a friend of mine in California and it was such a great adventure. Ever since, I decided to try it when I travel (when it's possible). It is an advantage to meet locals so you can get to explore the area the most possible.
CS is a great way to meet new people and make friends. You get to know a lot about another cultures trough traveler's experiences.
I usually surf or meet people on the way. I haven had a chance to host yet.
I love planning my trips and help people with it as well. If you are planning in coming to NY/NJ I can give you tips/advices and of course I am down to meet up.
