I live in a spacious, 74.8 sqm two-room apartment in the 20th district. Numerous stores (Hofer, Billa Plus, Spar, bakery, sausage stand, Billa, tobacconist, pharmacy, Turkish grocery stores) as well as two elementary schools, recreational areas (Donauinsel, “Freie Mitte Nordwestbahnviertel”, Mortarapark, fitness center) and public transport (S-Bahn, U6, line 2) can be reached in less than 7 minutes on foot. Doctors, the Millenium City and numerous other supermarkets and shopping streets in the new urban development area Nordwestbahnviertel are also a little further away.

The apartment comprises:

* Room layout: Open-plan kitchen/living room, bedroom
* Extras: Balcony (4 sqm), entrance hall with separate WC, bathroom with shower, storage room (furnished as a closet)

I have lived in Vienna my whole life and due to Running and several times moving I know this city better than most Taxi Drivers 😬😅
I can give you tips for excursions, dancing or restaurants.
