I'm 22, studying Biology in Basel at the moment. My free time I use to do sports, photography or simply go out to explore something that's new to me. As soon as it gets warm enough I also really enjoy doing tours with my bike to the nearby hills/mountaisn in France, Germany or Switzerland. If there's an interesting project up I also do basic short movies in a documentary way from time to time. As I'm studying Biology I'm interested a lot in Nature as well, of course.

To be honest I like the concept of having a cheap stay combined with meeting new people at the same time - the perfect way to go for a student.

Interessen

My interests are mainly doing outdoor-staff. I like to go to the mountains for climbing or simply hiking. My favorite sport at the moment is Slacklining. I like to document some of the experiences friends and I make together to share our passion with other motivated people. Musik, Filme und Bücher

I listen to nearly all kinds of music, mostly I like chilly guitar music.
I'm a big fan of Seb Montaz and his documentary "The flying frenchies - I believe I can fly".
Normally I try to use my time for making my own experiences rather than watching other people doing them on TV.
There's only one german serie I like a lot, called "Tatortreiniger".

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Last semester I went to Zambia for a few month to work with a little team of scientists , which was a pretty interesting adventure. As work had to do with Fish-research I got more into diving, which I started liking a lot. Passing more than 250 hours on the ground of one of the biggest Lakes in Afrika was a veeeeeery good thing.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I really like to share my passion about slacklining, climbing and other outdoor-activities - if people are interested it's a great thing to teach what i learned so far…
In terms of couch surfing i think cooking together is a nice thing - I'm not the biggest "chef de la cuisine" but most of the time the result is nice ;)
