Hi :)

I’m Fabi from Germany, currently traveling around the world without flying.
After spending the last two years exploring Africa, I continued overland and by sea and finally made it all the way to Asia, without ever boarding a plane.

For me, travel is mainly about our planet and the living beings that share it. I love meaningful conversations about life, perspectives and different ways of living. Every place teaches me something new about what really matters, which is exactly why Couchsurfing means so much to me.

The community constantly reminds me what traveling is actually about: connection, openness and shared experiences.

At the moment I am learning Chinese, and really like to learn new words and phrases in every language. I am also super interested in nature and can’t wait to experience your local “backyard”.
