ABOUT ME
Hmm it's not easy to describe myself, but I always try to face people friendly and easy-going.
I like all kind of sports, especially running, rowing road-biking, strenght-training, swimming and soccer, bball or surfing and for a couple of months bouldering
Generally travelling has been one of my biggest desires since i was a little child. Me and my parents used to travel a lot in the US.
As a former lightweight rower i need to loose weight often and therefore i learned to cook and pay attention to my diet. At the moment i started to built raised bed to grow zucchinis on my own. So sports theory and nutrition in sports and society is one big topic i really like to talk about.
PHILOSOPHY
Have Fun, but nothing can be created out of nothing!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Well the best experience I had, wasn't really based on the CS platform. When my friend and me were "stranded" in Vienna and couldn't find a cheap place to stay, we started to ask people and students in a park where we can stay cheaply. A guy from a group of students then offered us out of the blue a couch at his place. So he trusted us, and we could trust him after 20min of talking to each other. We spent 2 amazing nights at their place

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a lot of music as long as it sounds good to me. Some of my favourites are:
A lot of Techno/House stuff (its easy to find good spots in Berlin :) ) The Beautiful Girls, Donavon Frankenreiter, Seeed, Cat Empire, The Jezables, Jack Johnson, Paul Kalkbrenner, Trentemoller, Solomun, Deadmau5, Hilltop Hoods, Rammstein, Die drei ???, Parov Stelar....
There are many good movies out there. Some of the movies i could watch over and over again are Wanted, Lucky Nr Slevin, STAR WARS (!!!), the peaceful warrior, the last samurai, Into the Wild, Mr. Brooks...
At the moment i read the Biography "I am here to win" from Chris McCormack, the famous triathlete. Some Dan Brown books and similar Thrillers were nice too
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the best experiences in my life was living half a year abroad in Adelaide,South Australia. I slept in the outback and in the backcountry of Adelaide, woke up an saw a mob of kangaroos just a few meters next to our tent. I also enjoyed the first time Surfing at a Surf Camp in France. We visited the Fete de Bayonne, which was really exciting. I had never seen so many people wearing similar clothes and just being so happy.
