ABOUT ME

I'm a person who always like to plan ahead and then usually mess up the plan on the spur of the moment. ;)

I am interested in many things and there is less I think it not worth knowing more about, espcially when comes to people and their stories and hobbies.

When it comes to my story:
- Grew up in Essen, Germany
- Went to school in Mülheim, Germany
- Studied in Basel, Switzerland
- Worked in Hamburg, Germany
- Fell back in love with/in Mülheim :)

When it comes to my hobbies:
- Working (If you make your hobby to your job, you never work a single day :) )
- Cooking
- Reading nearly everthing that is non-fictional
- Basketball, dacning, running
- Playing and composing music (sometimes)
- And of course spending time together with great people :)

So if you are thinking it is worth knowing more about anything of that, just ask me.

And life is just too short for all the wonderful and amazing things you could do. But it's no excuse for not try to see and do it all ! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to help people, who need a place to stay in our area "Ruhrgebiet", want to hear some story from other parts of the word and get new friends from other places I might can visit some day :D

And of course, when I am traviling I want to get to know the local people, expiring the culture and not just the tourism site. I think this is the very most you can get out of every journy: too see the real face of a country, like the people that are living in it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I lived in Switzerland, my American roommate offered the couch to an Italian artist for around a week. Crazy and multicultural times ;) But it was a very good experience :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love books from Malcom Gladwell and Richard David Precht. One of the few ficitonal books I read were "Hunger Games". Really good! :)
When it comes to movies, I like comedies, action, love storys... just don't get near to me with horror movies :-P
And Music? Well basically everything that is on the radio and I have bunch of albums I really like, from every direction. When it comes to party, I prefer House.
