About Me

Hello! I'm Fabian, a curious and restless soul, always eager to learn and experience new things. My journey through life has taken me down many fascinating paths, allowing me to explore beautiful places and meet incredible people along the way.

I hold a degree in psychology and spent over a decade working with individuals on the autism spectrum. This experience not only enriched my understanding of human behavior but also deepened my empathy and appreciation for the diversity of the human experience.

Later, I embarked on a thrilling adventure as a tour guide across South America, driving an 18-ton all-terrain truck and leading travelers from around the globe. This job was a dream come true, as it combined my love for travel, adventure, and meeting new people.

Currently, I work in digital marketing and I channel my passion for storytelling into creating inspiring and cinematic videos. Through my lens, I aim to capture the essence of life's adventures and share them with the world.

In short, I love adventure, and I'm always looking for the next exciting chapter in my story.

Ps:I am also a bass player, or at least I am trying to become a professional one

CURRENT MISSION
My current mission is to create incredible memories with all kinds of people and to gain a deeper understanding of different cultures and perspectives around the world. I love Couchsurfing because it allows me to experience the real essence of the places I visit through the eyes of the hosts.

Being able to stay with locals provides a unique glimpse into their world: their views on life, death, love, religion/spirituality, development, politics, relationships, and, of course, their cuisine. I cherish these opportunities to learn about their perceptions of my own country as well.

Through these meaningful interactions, I aim to foster genuine connections and broaden my horizons. I look forward to sharing stories, exchanging ideas, and creating unforgettable experiences together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I believe that every person I meet has something valuable to teach, and Couchsurfing provides the perfect platform to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and create lasting memories. It’s about building bridges, fostering empathy, and celebrating the diversity that makes our world so fascinating.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of my Couchsurfing experience comes from being a host in Colombia. Hosting travelers from different cultures was mind-blowing and really sparked my passion for traveling. Listening to their stories and learning about their lives opened my eyes to the world in new ways.

The connections I made and the insights I gained from my guests inspired me to explore the world and seek out new experiences. Being a host showed me the beauty of cultural exchange and the incredible value of welcoming others into your home.

Now, as a traveler, I look forward to continuing this journey of discovery andmeeting more amazing people.
