We are Fabian and Diane, a married couple of enthusiastic, committed and easy-going people from Switzerland.

We are currently traveling separately for a few months.

Both of us have always worked with people. Diane is a social worker and Fabian is a former teacher and massage therapist. We are both transitioning to becoming therapists or coaches.

We sing and play instruments. Fabian holds singing circles, Diane is a dancer.
We love learning anything and relating with people.
We are healing our own trauma and learning to help others with it.
We are spiritual in a very open-minded and grounded way.
We do what we can to end racism, sexism and injustice.
We care deeply about this Earth and all the living beings on it.
We believe in kindness, responsibility and authenticity.
We believe to be a good mix of maturity and lightness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are curious about people and places and we love to share. We are looking for a true quality of connection to you and your land.

We are traveling for a year in 2023-2024 before settling back down in Switzerland to build a family and an intentional community. We are currently traveling separately for a few months.

We both have experience traveling and working away. We couchsurfed in the USA, Norway, the UK, Peru, Ireland and Italy and met some of the most wonderful people on Earth. We have hosted when at home and also met with some of the most wonderful people on Earth.

Music, Movies, and Books

For music, we couldn't pick a few names! We love many styles: electronic, classical, forró, bluegrass, spiritual, reggaeton, kirtan, it goes ooon! We really love celtic folk music and if you don't know it, we can share some jewels... Music is one of the things we love most. And dancing too!

As for authors, let's say Benedetti, Gougaud, Goffman, Rumi and Galeano, among others...

And as for movies, it ranges wide, but a good Pixar is always nice!

Learning is one of our core values. We are eager and open to learning what you've got!

As for the other way round, we can:
– Teach English, French or Spanish.
– Teach Kundalini Yoga and massage.
– Hold singing circles or voice workshops.
– Work the land.
– Share some knowledge of the stars, both in scientific and mythical terms.
