During the day, I study psychology at the University of Vienna. During the night, I man the reception desk of a hostel in Vienna. In between, I listen to music, eat, sleep, daydream, hang out with friends, play guitar, work-out, read a book, cook, do the household, go out, study, procrastinate, plan my next trip, and some other stuff. I think that sums it up pretty well...
I love to go somewhere new whenever I can, even if it's just a street I've never walked through or a park I've only walked by every time so far. It's unbelieveable how many things you can discover if you just slow down and become aware of the world surrounding you, and I think I'm by far not even done with Vienna.
Even more than exploring my own city, I enjoy travelling other countries. My favourite cities in Europe include Dubrovnik, Brasov, Prague, Berlin, Utrecht.
My last trip took me to Cuba, where I travelled around for three weeks.
My dream-trip at the moment would be to buy an old car and drive through Europe for a few months.

I think the best way to get to know another place is by spedning as much time as you can with the locals. You don't just meet a whole bunch of amazing people, you also learn that the way you think about the world is just one out of many different ways to think about it. To me, that's one of the most fascinating and addictive things about travelling.

Even though I'm by no means a great cook, sharing and putting to use what little cooking skills I possess is always a pleasure to me.
In case there's a bike at hand and the weather is reasonably decent, you can count on me taking a ride, and you're welcome to join me.
If you visit me in Vienna, I will do my best to make your interesting. I can show you a couple of places in the city, including my favourite nature spots and some of the secret places I have discovered.
