I mostly appreciate local perspectives. In Kenya I stayed with a great couchsurfer and got to know life in a village that is not possible otherwise for foreigners. While traveling I also joined some great CS-meetings and met fun people to hang out in using the App.

I’ve traveled halfway around the world without taking a single plane on this trip: from Switzerland to and through South East Asia with 34 buses, 23 trains, 9 boats and one cargo ship :)
