I grew up in the South of Rome in a beautiful sunny side of Lazio region.
The house belongs to my grandparents, where anyway we have plenty of space (ca. 8 hectares of land) and we grow annual agriculture types such as cereals (mais or grain sorts).

Working in progress is the refurbishment of a rural house from the last century: a 1935 built colonial house "Podere 112, Università di Sermoneta” which was founded when the colonies (my grandparents) came down from the mountain village of Sermoneta (Latina) and were assigned the land to work and live, growing cereals for the Fascist empire.

At the moment the refurbishment of my “Countryside Rural House 🏡 “ is almost completed,
I need to do some minor - but important exterior work such as refreshing the paint 🎨 of the façade and renewing the concrete patio around the house, and maybe installing a nice Pergola patio for the sunniest days.

Better to come here with your own transport vehicle, better if sustainable (bicycle 🚴 ) so we can explore the surrounding together.

My house lies in the ‘Pianura Pontina’, 10 Km from the beach, 7 Km from the train 🚊 station and 40’ min by train from Rome Termini.

I can pick you up at the Latina scalo train station after arrangement.
