About Me
Hello there, my name is Fabio (29) and I come from Italy.
I'm a photographer and survival/bushcraft enthusiast, which prefer the calmness of a lone walk in the woods to a crazy night in a disco.
I did a lot of job such as: international house keeper, costumer care services, photoretoucher, animator for parties and team leader of Tech Support.
Since I left my home very soon (16) to attend a Militaty Highschool and then lived alone after the graduation, I feel very at eas with everything regarding to housekeeping, cooking, grocery shopping etc.
When I moved to Rome, I used to have my own garden, some hens and rabbits.
In 2016 I took part to a volunteer project hosted by the Sud Tirol Region and I spent two weeks helping a family of four with two wonderful kids (6 - 8); we get along so well, that even today we still call each other and share our life news.
Just some info to describe myself:
- Good healt and shape
- No smoker, no alcohol
- Very incline to muscle powered work
- Self reliant and indipendent
- Open to other culture
- Domestic animals lover (expecially horses, dogs and cat)
- I eat everything, no allergies or particular needs (I understand and respect other choises)
Currently my plans are to discover Germany, learning as possible the language and it's culture.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
After my very first solo holidays in Greece, with nothing but a plane ticket and a backpack, while searching for loneliness, I found that sharing experiences with the right people it's awesome. I think CS could be a way to get in touch whith that slice of world I want to taste.

Music, Movies, and Books
Grunge music, punk rock and rock, but I'm interested in any kind of sounds able to strike my soul and let my body shakes.
I love the narrative power of documentaries, when you forget about cameras, crews, mics and you are fully absorbed by the story and images.
Reading about other cultures and life experiences.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Enjoying the woods alone, with no lights and wild boars passing by.
