I'm a guy who is convinced that the ones who travel are among the most interesting people there are in the world! Yes, that's right... I'd like to know you, learn about your culture and about what do you like the most in the place you live. And of course I'm also open to share stories and culture with the ones who are interested in mine!

Now that I'm married with Irina, a very friendly and nice Russian lady who also loves to travel, I plan to participate more in this community and get involved with you! I think it will work out fine, we are being able to deal with our cultural differences in a daily basis and it's being really fun!

Irina and I have decided to do some travelling, and of course, we'd like to do it the best way: knowing people, doing activities, having nice talk ;) We are open for going dancing, watching shows and cultural events, eating somewhere... If you'd like to meet us, I'm sure we'll have joyful time!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm glad about being with people who are passionate about something! In the case of Couchsurfing, about travelling and sharing cultures and friendship! In a world filled with differences and conflicts, it's a pleasure to be part of a community with good and high energy!

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock: classical, progressive and indie... some Brazilian styles like MPB and forró (specially for dancing!). Oh... and I'm a tango dancing learner!

Movies: long list, I like Kubrick, dramas, the intelligent thrillers and some blockbusters as well. Comedies, only if they are not too silly :)

Books: realist Brazilian/Portuguese authors (like Machado de Assis and Eça de Queiroz), Dostoyevski, fictions (like the Song of Ice and Fire series, Brave New World, 1984) and some biographies

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One day I decided to make a crazy trip, on my own, to a country in which I was not able to communicate with others... And there I had a love story that freed me from limits I had in my mind, and changed my life forever! :)
