Overview
About Me
I'm a son of the mixture of Brazil and Portugal. Colonialism, struggle, rhythm, creativity, resilience, curiosity; are all embedded in my being.
I'm a dreamer. I'm a father, I'm a son, a sibling, a cousin... a friend. I'm a soul in love with life, and nourished by the connection with all that is.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I never learnt how to be a tourist so couchsurfing is for me a way to experience new places, connect with new cultures and costumes, and feel and interact with different environments. Creating relationships is an integral part of my experience in exploring new places.
Interests
I enjoy conversation. I love existing in relationships with my surroundings and that feels quite special when I'm surfing, bushwalking, walking around town. Reading to me is like meditation, a portal to other worlds. Poetry is a refuge as well as deeper connection with the human experience.
