Overview
About Me
I'm Italian, I quit my job in Luxembourg and started my life-dreamed travel around the world - let's say starting from Asia. As simple as it is :) I love travelling, meeting new people, locals and from different countries and cultures, sharing experiences, habits, thoughts,... I like to explore & to know new places preferably through the locals' daily life, when this is possible. I'm an open-minded and sociable guy, active and I'm yearning for visiting and doing as much as I can. However, I don't mind taking my time to stop, stay calm, think, observe, reflect. I can adapt to many situations (reasonable ones at least :P) and I'm curious about the multiculturalism this world offers us.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This is the way that an even well planned journey turns into an unforgettable one. People are the added value of whatever experience I could do, they make the difference and their knowledge about the territory and inhabitants is a definitely a +++ for me. I can't look forward to it.
Interests
I like chilling out with people, fix images, people and places in my memories by shooting pictures with my camera. I like all sports, learn about local histories, people's life, try new things, have a challenge. It's always time to try and learn.

Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC: I'm not a pro or that passionate music-lover who remembers text, titles, singers, etc...I just listening to the music to enjoy and relax, mumbling or whistling (this is actually one of my features) the jingle. I admire people who know how to
MOVIES: Into The Wild...an inspiration? Not till the end though...
BOOKS: unfortunately I preferred other hobbies instead of dedicating time to read a book...even if I'd loooove too...but travelling will be definitely my opportunity to re-start again. My current one: La Sombra del Viento, in original Spanish language
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Dunno whether they're so special or not. Giving up my job, take my backpack and leave could be considered one of them. 320km in 8 days hike as a portion of Camino de Santiago, few DPAP hikes of 82km in two days, took lot of low cost flight to travel as much as I could in Europe (maximum around 25 return per year)...
Teach, Learn, Share
We all teach and learn to each other by sharing our experiences...otherwise a well cooked pasta!? :)
