About Me

For me every day is a day to learn something, to try something, to help someone, to share a smile... and I don't think I'm alone with my opinion :)
I think I'm not a complicated person to spend time with. I may not agree with everything, but you'll never see me disrespecting anyone's opinion or habit, and I'm always open to see another point of view.
I really like to do something together with my host, like have a good conversation, do some sport, walk trough the city, drink a beer, etc. But I also can take care of myself, if he/she doesn't have time or doesn't want to.
I do not need much to be happy.. Actually, even bad situations can be really useful, when you realise that happiness is inside you, and enjoy the freedom of it being independent of external events. Of course it's not always easy, but it's always good to remember that possibility.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The biggest difference about staying with Couchsurfers isn't the money saving!
CS is the best opportunity to scape the usual highly touristic places and really get into the local culture, places and people.
That's the kind of trips i'm interested in.

Interests

Recently I 're' discovered the joy of drawing. Don't know if the people like my drawings, but I'm really enjoying to try to express myself with a pencil and a piece of paper. And since May 2014 i'm also having the same feeling with an old analog camera (Praktica).
I also like to read and do sports, so one of my favorites activities lately is to go to the park, walk my slackline hearing good music like Alt-J or Munford amd Sons and read a book from time to time while I take a rest from my fall downs. Of course I also change the music and the book for the good laughs with my friends when they come with.
And I don't think it's necessare to write traveling, meeting new people and new places, is it? hehehe

Music, Movies, and Books

Lately Alt-J and Mumford and Sons are two from my favorites bands, but classics like Queen, Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc. are always in my playlist. Classical music are incredible also, but only for specific moments ;)
Big Fish, Intouchables, La Vita è Bella, Matrix 1 and O Auto da Compadecida are exemples of films that I watch over and over again with no problem.
About books, John Irving, John Boyne, Stieg Larsson and J. R. R. Tolkien are in my top 10 list
