About me

I love gastronomy, first of all because it lets me travel, but the way that you can mix flavors and make something really amazing, it's awesome. I'm living and working in Barcelona, currently doing a Bartending Course to really understand how to work quickly and with good style behind a bar. However most of what I learn about cocktails is through books, internet and talking with people who are working with drinks or even in others aspects of Gastronomy, always sharing thoughts. After Barcelona I'm thinking to go to Madrid this December to work in a good Cocktail Bar where I can practice what Ive’d learned and continue to grow.
I grew up in a small city, in a really quiet neighborhood, so I had a big group of friends ( from 3 to 8 years old i think) all day playing outside and exploring everything. From that period i have two really true friends.

Philosophy

Optimism it's the best way (for me) even when you don't like something that is happening, it's not conformism, but acept the things and act with good energy on that.
