About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to be intellectually rich: my aim is to feed my spirit thanks to interesting people, amazing travels and any kind of new discovering able to let my soul grow.

ABOUT ME

A SHORT STORY ABOUT ME:
I grew up in a very little but beautiful town in the north of Italy, Mantova, that I consider the best city where a child or a family can live... but not at all a twenty-year old guy!
So I moved first in Parma and then in Padova to study Psichology.
During my first year in Padova I realized that I needed to learn from something alse then books, teachers, lessions and so on... So, what's better then travelling?
Erasmus was the right choise to start to discover the world and people. I went in Sweden and it was the best experience of my life, ever.
Now, I plan and wait for what comes next...

PHILOSOPHY

I know many people but the few really friends I have... well, I deeply love them. I think sometimes we waste too much time complaining about what is wrong or right with friends. My philosophy is remembering always the good part of them, and how I'm lucky I have always them by my side - even if they are far away.

"六、心は放たん事を要す。""Karate is loyalty and naturalness; be always ready to set your mind free."(Gichin Funakoshi)

"I would like to... be able to do whatever I want to behind the curtain of 'madness' in this way: I would arrange flowers, all day, I would paint pain, love and tenderness, I would freely laugh at others, but above everything I would laugh at myself. I would build my world that would be mine and theirs as long as I live... Viva la vida!" (Frida Kohle)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since June 2011 I'm back to my family house and due to this reason I cannot give hospitality to anyone anymore.
When I'll have a real paid work and my own home, I'll host for sure, because I think this it the right way to enjoy CS totally. And also to follow the Karma: "what goes around, turns around." :)
What I can do now, as I'm interested in meeting new people, is to show my little town Mantova to everyone who'll come here. I'll be more then happy to illustrate something!

I would also like to meet foreign people who lives here in Mantova (and province of MN)!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a member of CS since April 2011; now I'm always ready to couchsurfing!

Interests

Everything new is for me something to discover so I'd say that I might be interested in everything (I can say I'm curious as a monkey :D ).
*******************************************************
I think that we can learn more then what we can image from others, so sharing experiences of life, culture and travels is one of my passion.
*******************************************************
I love eating and drinking really good wine!
*******************************************************
Karate is my lifestyle.
*******************************************************
Of course, travelling!
*******************************************************
I really spend a lot of time "jumping" from a profile to another here on CS. It's so interesting to browse the life of people!
*******************************************************
I'm not waiting for what the destiny is reserving to me: I'm trying my best to find the way to manipulate it, somehow. The creator of owr future is you. Lucky helps audacious.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best amazing experience I had in my life was in Lapland, in the north of Sweden, where I have seen northen lights, visited the Icehotel, crossed a frozen lake with the snowmobile and dipping into a hole in the frozen lake (I'm still cold just thinking on it)!
*******************************************************
Silent Disco: dancing in Sicily in a square with a wifi headphone connected to the dj set, while people were looking at us singing and dancing apparentely with no music! It was so funny!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

TEACH: I can teach how to cook the real Italian pasta and some basic movement of Karate.
*******************************************************
LEARN: I love sports, I wanna try every kind of them, so I can find the one I could be brought to, and then participate to Olympics XD I'm now training with nunchaku, then, if there's anybody willing to teach me how to use them, will be very welcome in my town :D
*******************************************************
SHARE: I want to share my experiences of life and learn from other's experiences!
...there's always something new to learn from people.
