About Me
I got into couch surfing in 2009 when I was living in Zurich. I always wanted to give back as a host and finally I have a nice stable situation where I can. I've lived in Boulder for 5 years. It's an amazing town and I love to show it off to people who visit. My apartment is in central Boulder, a short walk from downtown and biking distance to everywhere else.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To make new friends from around the world and show them where to find good times in Boulder.
Interests
Disc Golf, Bluegrass, Computer Science, Mathematics, lots of things... Lately I'm really interested in social things and building a fun community around me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I learned to drive a stick by buying one.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you to throw a frisbee absurdly far.
I can share my picks of the best local beers and local breweries. I'm not an expert but I've tried almost everything. Also, I have some friends at Fate if you want to talk to people who really know beer.
I can show you some great breakfast spots and have picks for good food in almost every category. Boulder has fantastic food for how big it is.
What I Can Share with Hosts
You can borrow my bike if you want to travel around town. Boulder is all easily accessible by bike. The "Thursday Night Bike Ride" is a *classic* Boulder experience. I've been going lately and don't have a spare bike to loan, but you can rent one pretty cheaply downtown. It's a great experience. Hang out, smoke and drink with a bunch of super easy-going strangers at random locations... it's always exciting.
