Most people call me Fab, because the "yan" part is obviously too long and tedious to say. But it is actually French origin (where I was born). Both my parents are teachers, so I believe I am well mannered (they made sure that I would be kind anyways), they both taught internationally and have a great love of traveling, and this flared my own desires to continue voyaging.
I am known for my big smile and hugs, along with always being up for an adventure. So take me exploring, hiking and engulf me with your culture. I wish to hear all of your stories!

P.S. If you plan to kidnap me, my big brothers will beat you up.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and to learn about different cultures and ways of living. Of course, this is more affordable, however, it allows me to get to know the people & culture of my destinations, and to make friends along the way :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I lived in Dubai, I was part of the Track & Field team in my senior year of high school. During our final tournament of the year (MESAC) a rivalry runner collapsed during our 800m race and I stopped lifted him up and finished the race together.
