About Me

I'm a uruguayan guy , currently living in Jose Ignacio but that won't last long. I'm constantly on the move , i love traveling , books and some good conversation over beer or a coffee. Spanish is my native language but lately i've been feeling more comfortable in English. I'm a medical school dropout currently trying to find my calling , but for now all i know is i'm moving to France to learn french in a month. Also i once eat 37 chicken nuggets in one sitting for a 5 euro bet , if that doesn't tell you enough about me , nothing will.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people mostly and to travel in a new way. I've been traveling for 1/3rd of my life so hostels and hotels aren't as exciting as they once were so i thought might as well try something new , and right at that time the fact that i had never used CS before was brought up to my attention , so i figured, why not? After all something that combines traveling , meeting new people and saving money can't be that bad.

Interests

I really enjoy disconecting myself from technology through outdoor activities , be it camping , surfing , fishing , hiking or just laying on a patch of grass admiring the sky. Tattoos are also something i'm really passionate about and just like with traveling i'm always encouraging them. As any wannabe writer i thoroughly enjoy both reading, writing and anything involving good literature. I also love listening to music , but then again who doesn't? If you are actually still reading this i might as well mention that i also enjoy cooking and you absolutely earned yourself a half decent dish made by me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a lot , poetry , philosophy and novels among other things but anything by Charles Bukowski represents me best.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing i have ever done would have to be the time when I walked through the paths the farmers use to get through the cliffs of Moher on a super windy day , reaching a sign that said several people had died right on that spot. Definately a scary adventure but one of my fondest memories.

Teach, Learn, Share

i don't really think i have a lot to teach , but i will definately make you think.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can definately offer some good conversation , some crappy jokes and some cool storys. I suck at describing myself hence the vagueness of my profile , but i am somewhat interesting in person. Also i can cook , humilliate myself for your entretainment and chug a full pint of beer to impress people at a bar, i won the genetical lottery, i know.
