ABOUT ME

Je suis une personne très facile à vivre et toujours très accueillante, j'adore voyager et partager un maximum de choses avec les gens sur place, dans les pays que je visite.

J'aime la vie, les gens, les voyages,la photo, les concerts (j'en organise avec mon association), le bénévolat, la course à pied, la bonne cuisine des quatre coins du monde et celle de chez moi, la Nature avec un grand N et ses grands espaces où l'on respire,
et plein d'autres choses encore...à découvrir lors de mes futures eCSpériences....

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

à mon niveau, j'espère que mon don permettra à bien d'autres personnes d'utiliser comme moi ce site pour que tout le monde puisse voyager et partager avec des membres du monde entier une expérience unique- une autre façon de voyager en soit- et pouvoir accueillir en retour des gens de l'autre bout du monde et leur faire découvrir notre bout de Terre.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

...Enfin je peux en parler. Très bonne expérience chez Annie et Mathilde et Roland à Montréal, Nathalie-Anne à Québec et Jonathan en Gaspésie... tout ça au Québec en Septembre 2010.

Et chez moi en Lozère où j'ai accueilli mes premiers couchsurfers au moi de Mai après de multiples désistements dans l'hiver...Ingrid et Luc sont devenus des voisins et amis et habitent la maison d'un ami car Ingrid est venue travailler ici.
Puis Gaëlle et Christophe les "Chtis" au mois d'Août à qui j'ai fait visiter mon coin.

And to my place in Lozère where I welcomed my first couchsurfers in May after multiple withdrawals in winter... Ingrid and Luc became neighbors and close friends and live in the house of a friend because Ingrid came to work here.

Then Gaëlle and Christophe "Persons from northern France" (Chtis) in August to whom I showed my region."

Interests

Les voyages,la photo, les concerts (j'en organise avec mon association), la course à pied, la bonne cuisine, les badges (ça revient à la mode en ce moment, j'aime faire fabriquer les miens, ils sont collector comme ça), le VIN, je suis un amateur et collectionneur, Dame Nature et ses beautés...

Trop de choses...je suis un grand cinéphile, beaucoup de films et de séries en vost...musique de tous les genres du classique à la pop en passant par la musique du monde...des bouquins, en anglais le plus souvent (Connelly, Coben, Lee child, Lynwood Barclay) mais aussi français Maxime Chattam, Fred Vargas, Guillaume Musso, Marc Lévy...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Coucher sur une natte à la belle étoile sur une dune du désert Marocain.

Passer deux heures à contempler les milliers de Fous de Bassant sur l'île de Bonaventure à la pointe du Québec, en Gaspésie.

Descendre en bateau lent sur le Mékong entre Chiang Kong et Luang prabang au Laos

Survoler la Cappadoce en Montgolfière au lever du soleil en Turquie.

Finir ma nuit après un trajet en bus, arrivé à 4h du matin, à la pointe de l'Inde, à Kanyakumari, puis regarder le soleil se lever entouré de milliers de personnes venues faire de même.

Faire un bain de minuit dans un petit coin du Nord de la Sardaigne et m'émerveiller de voir s'illuminer, à chacun de mes mouvements, le plancton luminescent.

Nager avec les tortues sur la plage de Gili Trawangan en Indonésie.

Faire l'ascension du volcan Stromboli, sur l'île du même nom, jusqu'au sommet et contempler dans l'obscurité totale les explosions de lave, sous le ciel étoilé, puis redescendre les 1000m de dénivelé de nuit, à la frontale.

Visiter en tuk-tuk puis en vélo les temples d'Angkor puis randonner dans la jungle à côté de Sen Monorom au Cambodge.

La toute première vue sur le Grand Canyon, époustouflante, lors de mon road-trip de dix jours dans l'ouest américain où j'ai visité aussi Joshua Tree National Park, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, Arches National Park, Canyonlands NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Zion NP, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Death Valley NP et Yosemite NP.

Apercevoir les ancestrales rizières en terrasse, classées au patrimoine mondial de l'humanité, de Batad et Bangaan, près de Banaue, sur l'île de Luzon aux Philippines...et renager avec les tortues à Apo Island.

Spend two hours to contemplate thousands of Gannets on the Bonaventure Island in Quebec, natural park of Gaspésie.

Going down the Mekong river by slow boat between Chiang Kong and Luang prabang in Laos.

Glance through Cappadoce in Hot-air balloon in the sunrise in Turkey.

Finish my night after a bus trip, arrived at 4am at the tip of India, Kanyakumari, then watch the sun rise surrounded by thousands of people doing the same.

Make a midnight swim in a small beach of the North of Sardinia and be amazed seeing , at every movement, the luminescent plankton illuminating.

Swim with the tortoises on the beach of Gili Trawangan in Indonesia.

Climb up the Stromboli volcano, on the island of the same name, to the summit and gaze in total darkness at the lava explosions beneath the starry sky, and then descend the 1000m of vertical drop with a head-lamp.

Visit with a tuk-tuk, then cycling, the temples of Angkor and trekking in the jungle next to Sen Monorom in Cambodia.

The first stunning view of the Grand Canyon on my ten-day road trip to the American West, where I also visited Joshua Tree National Park, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, Arches National Park, Canyonlands NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Zion NP, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Death Valley NP and Yosemite NP.

Sight the ancestral rice terraces on the World Heritage site of Batad and Bangaan near Banaue on the island of Luzon in the Philippines...and swim again with the turtles on a snorkeling trip to Apo Island.

Visit the Taj Mahal with my girlfriend, a magic place and a magic moment. Visit the Rajasthan cities with a driver.

Do the pilgrimage to the top of Adam's Peak in Sri Lanka at 2am and see the magical sunrise after 2.30 hours of walking the 5500 stairs. See the perfectly triangular shadow of the mountain on the horizon and a wonderful rainbow over it.

Je peux parler de mon domaine de compétences (horticulture) et de mes hobbies (organisation d’événements culturels, photo) et apprendre un peu le français pour ceux qui le souhaiteraient.
