Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read: everything from novels, shortstories, non-fiction, dramatic works. Some of my favorite writers: Jhumpa Lahiri, George R.R. Martin, Harold Pinter, Shakespeare Films: Paul Thomas Anderson, Stanley Kubrick, Sidney Lumet, Mira Nair are some of my favorites I also have an amateur fascination with astrophysics, cosmology and geological history. Also, I love old school video games. I enjoy hiking and being out in nature as much as possible.

Cooking - I make pretty good curry (South Asian/Bengali food) and Moroccan style eggs. My pasta game is pretty standard so I'm trying to get more adventurous on that.
