Hello! It's Fahmida from a small town in Bangladesh. I am a post graduate in English Literature and Language. Currently I'm working in Aviation (in specific, OTA) which made me more interested of travelling.

By nature, I am curious. Curious about exploring/discovering. It might be a new place, a new book, a new movie, food anything! my field of interest is unlimited.

As a Bangladeshi National and passport holder its not easy to travel wherever I want. Most of the destination require a visa prior to travel.

I am a cultural activist. involved in performing arts (Theater, TV and Films, Music etc.). I also work behind the lens as script writer and Producer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS is a great platform for meeting people around the globe. I like meeting new people, making friends, know about new culture, tradition history and many more!

I also want to make travel mate so that, I we can share the budget to make a travel cheaper. Also can explore things together.

I live in a Tiny home, where I don't have a guest room. So, right now I cannot host any guest in my place due to shortage of space in my home. Still I can be a travel mate in Bangladesh to help any friend to discover the most attractive tourist places and share the history and heritage.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

due to some family inconveniences i couldn't complete my study on time. after 19 years of study gap I again started my studying and finally done my graduation at the age of 40. now I am almost at the end of my post graduation. I think this is just amazing!
