About Me
CURRENT MISSION: Funlightenment
ABOUT ME
pantheistic DIY ontologist, gender-role-insubordiant pleasurevolutionary, existential experientialist and sensory receptor for Godinterested in peace, fun, learning and exploring this chaotically beautiful universe in which we find ourselves. I love my life, I love my friends.
PHILOSOPHY
Kiss life
full on the mouth
and die breathless.
There is nothing but this moment, the experience of you being alive, breathing this breath. Everything else is meaningless and transient, nothing is forever... there is only now and later, death... so you might as well enjoy this moment... pay attention to it, fall in love with it! You can do anything. What is your favorite of the infinite possibilities in the universe? Pay attention to the things you like and they will grow. Anything is possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING - I love telling people about CouchSurfing. Sometimes I feel like I'm spreading the gospel, but the revolution of CouchSurfing is just so gorgeous I can't stop myself. I love meeting CouchSurfers, connecting the dots, weaving the net of interconnectedness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Life is amazing and the abundant beauty of the natural world underwater awes me. I was in Phuket when the tsunami came, I met the original Double Mint twins in San Francisco, and I cannot explain the incredible luck I have. Wow, the infinite possibilities in the universe.
Teach, Learn, Share
The secret of Life is that generally, all you have to do is choose to be happy, don't freak out, talk to people, make friends, create things that you like, try new things, rinse, repeat.
I'm a radio professional, a critic of the American radio/records/pop music machine, an English teacher, a storyteller, a philosopher, and I've lived in Japan. I love conversations about travel, cultural systems, the nature of reality, what it means to be a human being, the rock and roll lifestyle, modern enlightenment, the relativity of gender, infinite possibility, perspective, existentialism, and men's lib. I'm rediculously open-minded and even willing to admit I'm wrong!
