I am a 21 year old university student living in New York City. I am originally from South Florida, however, my background is Middle Eastern. I grew up on a ranch/farm 30 minutes outside of Miami and so I have tons of interesting stories to share about that. I love to travel whenever I have downtime from work or school. I don't just like to visit a new place, I love to learn the language, get to know the people, explore the history and culture and really immerse myself in all of it.

I am on Couchsurfing because I think it is a brilliant way to get to know the culture and local nature of an area while meeting native people of that region who can share so much knowledge and interesting stories with me. Couchsurfing is a great way for anyone to immerse themselves in the culture of a country/region by diving into the local amenities/attractions and making friends.
