I am a Traveller, a Data Scientist, a Post-graduate of Cardiff University, UK.

Nevertheless, I do Yoga, Meditation, sports regularly. I am a Yoga teacher and Meditation guide, a Certified Ayurvedic Healing Massage Therapist.

My friends refer me as a good listener, perhaps due to my empathic and caring compassion.

I prefer openness, hence, fairness in my opinions, yet full of, sensitivity, positivity and
compassion.

Learning, sharing good memories, Moreover, I am an E/INFJ, so listening carefully to understand makes me more empathic, positive towards life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

London Awareness Walk, 25 kilometres.

Awareness walk of 45 kilometres in one night along the bank of River Satluj, Saraswati in India and
ancient name Neeli (Blue).

Cardiff University Marathon 2018.
Won the cricket and badminton championships for my university.

Runner-up in the University chess competition.

Camping in a jungle and also in the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) in Germany; many unplanned trips,
and nights spent at train and bus stations.

All in all I am a gender blind; I don't see genders, I see beings.

I prefer simplicity.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to teach/Guide you in meditation, yoga and mindfulness.
I am also certified Ayurvedic Healing Massage Therapeut, this is a spiritual soul part to connect.

I like Cricket, Chess, Table Tennis, Badminton, Tennis, Cycling, Cooking and hiking.
I am always up for sports (love both indoor and outdoor), talking, drinking or whatever one has in
mind.

I can cook Indian, Iranian and Punjabi food. I can teach Punjabi dance and share my knowledge
about many cultures.

My interests include exploring the world, learning from different cultures, and motivating people
with my positive energies and vibes through talking and laughing together.
