It seems all of my life has been a rush... To get somewhere, to do something, to accomplish.

These days I am choosing the slower route. Eating slower. Shopping slower. Walking slower. Traveling slower. Talking slower. (Haha maybe someday!)

Learning more about where the food that nourishes me is really from - how it was grown, by whom, and where... This is a hobby for me.

Hearing and sharing stories... of our relationships with our families and friends, of the process of aging, of how we experience life, what our deepest fears are, what helps us in the darkest of times, and of course what keeps us so dedicated to traveling and being adventurers.

Small talk is agonizing.
