I started travelling late in my life, only after my retirement. And I realised what I have missed. This world is still such a beautiful place and there are millions of people who are absolutely adorable.

Learning languages has always been a fun thing for Me, especially searching for the root of a word (it's called etymology, n'est-ce-pas?) and sometimes wondering how much common we have with each other.

Learning alien\foreign culture comes a natural second. I love to talk to people, know of their life, their ideas, pains and gains, challenges, dreams and desires.

Which is nearly impossible without my third listed interest, making friends. I want to make friends, especially with people from far corners of the world, just to know about their place, life and culture.

I have a spare bedroom which I can offer to you, and maybe, if your tastebuds agree, some modest breakfast. What I have abundant is the warmth of welcome and absolute safety.

I do speak a few languages, English, some French, Bengali, Hindi\Urdu, some persian. But then, that shouldn't be a barrier among friends, no?

Well, that's me. Pretty boring you say? Sigh...
