the last book i found really remarkable was by Rafael Horzon, the last film i found really remarkable was Punch-Drunk Love by Paul Thomas Anderson, i also love Tarkowskij, Antonioni, Tom Ford.
the music i listen to would best be described as pop and post-punk, sometimes folk. i love David Bowie, Johnny Cash, The Fall and Phantom/Ghost.
