About Me
WE´RE ABOUT TO HAVE A BABY WITHIN THE NEXT WEEKS, SO WE`RE CURRENTLY NOT HOSTING, SORRY
CURRENT MISSION
Hugging the world.
ABOUT ME
We´re a family, and we love Couchsurfing!
We´re messy and creative and talkative, and we want to meet you all - the single travellers, the couples, the families. Every person is a new, fascinating adventure!
Tim and I are both born in 1980. We´ve been together for years now, have four beautiful children named Eva (2001), Ronja (2003), and the twins, Mehmet and Miro (2007). We also have a nice, colourful and messy home we´d like to share with you.
We have 3 rabbits and love our bycicles.
Tim works in an insurance company, while I quit my job a few years ago to take care of our children.
I and Ronja are vegan, and Mehmet is a vegetarian, so we usually cook vegan dinner, but we don´t mind if you want to bring your own animal products. We don´t drink alcohol, but you can smoke outside if you want to.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We host and surf.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We´re looking back on a long, pleasant and active history as hosts, but since we are a family of six, we have only couchsurfed once so far. When I started working a few years ago, I found it increasingly difficult to interact with our guests as I´d liked to, so we took a break. However, I´ve stopped working now and we´re once again ready to welcome the world into our home.

Teach, Learn, Share
Learning just happens and can´t be planned. Things come up in conversation, and before you know it, you´re sitting there with a guitar or a pencil or a dremel tool, or standing in the kitchen cooking something, and that´s just what I love about learning. Every good conversation involves learning.
Once, I showed a girl who surfed our couch how to sew pants for her baby. Another time, a nice woman from Australia taught me how to engrave glasses. A man from England showed me how to play my daughter´s harp, and his chinese girlfriend taught my kids how to curse in Chinese. I love learning, don´t we all?
