We're a female/male couple and find out about couch surfing in 2010 when we stayed with a young guy in Utah. We had nice talks and more ...
We are clean and leave the places we used clean also. We have friends in several states in America and they all want us to come back. So guess we're easy to talk to and go along with. Ow, and We LOVE to Laugh, might be sarcastic or whatever brings fun!
Yes We always bring Belgian Chocolates!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Through the expirience in Utah, the young man told us about CS... and find it back through another contact-website. Few Years (March 2013) ago the Couch-Surfing thing was on a Belgium tv show so we thought, let's try it again...
So we did... and looooved it !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nice couch surf in Utah in the appartment of a nice open minded young man... It was our first and we did not surf again since than but hope to do it again this year. A tv-show reminded us of it so we try again this year...

(See above)+ Alaska Highway was an Amazing drive too, seeing all these wild animals in their wild habitat surrounding us. It stayed (sunny) light till over midnight and some weird Canadians drinking Tequila through their eyes (ask us about it)! We had our first camping expirience during this trip also and that's how we start loving it ! Done all 50 states of America now and saw many amazing things and met even more amazing people!

If you ever need a great (lonely) drive in the USA, don't let the AAA warning keep you from Alt Route 50 aka Lincoln Highway - The lonliest Road in America (Nevada). We loved it, driving through the prairies, mountains in the sun, speeding (with no cops around) on a good road with less traffic! Wonderful (some campgrounds along the road). We left a campground early in the morning along this Hwy, sun came up over the prairie and mountains when we saw this (Marlboro Man) Real Cowboy leading his catlle to a meadow on his horse. Just like we were in a Western Movie. Gorgeous! Biggest attraction along this road: The Shoe Tree!

Well, we can share some great stories, ... We always bring Belgium Chocolates and Fanny makes a Gorgeous Advokaat (Egg nod with Alcohol)... Also love to make chicken Curry as a Sandwich spread which most of our Hosts and Friends in the USA love a lot ! Well, we love to share whatever we have/know...
